Aimee Read resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with her husband and three children.
When the health of her 92 year old grandfather began to decline, Aimee and her family started to discuss and research available senior care options with him.
Since leaving his home and his beloved cats was not an option, they decided the best alternative was home care. But they were disappointed to experience the inconsistency of care and the insincerity of caregivers.
Aimee stepped in with the rest of her family to personally care for her grandfather ensuring that he would receive the compassionate and quality care he needed and deserved. For him that meant not only assistance with bathing, dressing and preparing meals, but letting him know that he was a valuable part of the family and the community in general. Having his great grandchildren visit and share in his favorite treats of ice cream or Kentucky Fried Chicken on a regular basis provided a lift to his spirits and weekly movie nights with his lady friends provided both social and mental stimulation. It was such a blessing for Aimee and her family to be able to actively participate in helping her grandfather spend the rest of his days on earth in the comfort of his own home with familiar surroundings and loved ones.
This was such a powerful and meaningful experience for Aimee that she decided to dedicate herself to helping other seniors and their families.
Meet our Management Staff
Aimee is president and founder of Loving Arms Elder Care. She is the inspiration behind Loving Arms Elder Care as you read in the story above.
Aimee is hands on with all of her clients from day one. She believes that by spending time getting to know the client's needs and preferences, she is able to establish a care plan that compliments their natural pattern of daily living along with the physician directives. Aimee maintains communication with caregivers, clients, and family members throughout the duration of care. Aimee obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a concentration in Marketing and Advertising from Eastern University.
Prior to starting Loving Arms Elder Care, she worked as an administrative assistant, office manager, general manager, and worked in the Admissions Department at the old Warminster Hospital. She then decided to stay at home to raise her children full time.
In her free time, Aimee enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family, and shopping at Target and Wegman's. Aimee, Matt and their three children reside in Warminster, Pennsylvania.
Matt is Director of Business Development and co-owner of Loving Arms Elder Care with his wife, Aimee. Along with his management duties, Matt assists our clients in processing claims with their long term care insurance and securing veteran's benefits.
Matt attended Pennsylvania State University studying Health Policy Administration, then transferred and obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Management from Eastern University. He later completed the Wealth Management Certification Program at the Wharton School of Business. Prior to joining his wife's efforts with Loving Arms Elder Care, Matt worked as a financial advisor for Janney Montgomery Scott and RBC Wealth Management for over 15 years.
Matt is thrilled to have the privilege of working with seniors because he believes it is an honor to help people on such a human fundamental level.
In his free time, Matt enjoys being with his family. Matt, Aimee and their three children reside in Warminster, Pennsylvania.
Sherri Zaborowski (CSA)
Sherri is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and is the Field Supervisor for Loving Arms Elder Care. She assists Aimee with opening new client cases and establishing the caregiving teams. She assists in caregiver training and ongoing caregiver compliance in the field. She works closely with Aimee to ensure the standards of care are being met. She is also involved in the screening and interview process of potential caregivers.
Before joining Loving Arms, Sherri was employed with Charming Shops for 15 years working her way up to Facilities Coordinator, and then worked as a pharmacy production manager with Express Scripts for 15 years.
She feels that it's an honor to work with today's seniors because they have so much wisdom and life experience to offer in return.
In her free time, Sherri loves being a grandparent, reading, and treasure hunting. Sherri lives in Bensalem with her husband, three children, daughter-in-law, one amazing grandchild and another on the way.
Jane is the Schedule Coordinator at Loving Arms Elder Care. She has had extensive experience in the Elder Care field, working as an office manager and a schedule coordinator. Exceptional client satisfaction is her priority while balancing the needs of her caregivers with the needs of her clients.
Jane exhibits a strong respect and devotion to the senior community and loves working with people of all different personalities. She finds gratification in matching her clients with the perfect caregivers.
In her spare time Jane keeps busy with her 4 children and 2 grandchildren. The weekends are spent at family gatherings, or quiet strolls in Peddler's Village with her husband. An avid reader and art enthusiast, she also enjoys adding to her library or her art collection.
Colby is the Financial Coordinator and a Caregiver at Loving Arms Elder Care. Colby's primary responsibilities involve assisting Matt with payroll, billing and long term care insurance. She also assists with the interview process for potential caregivers, helping us find the best!
Prior to working with Loving Arms Elder Care, Colby worked at AlphaImpactRx in the accounting dept for 2 years. Before moving back to the East Coast she worked at a non-profit Zoo in Santa Ana, CA where she planned events that raised money for new exhibits and animals.
Her passion and concern for others has lead her into Senior Care. Working with Seniors has been the best career move, she enjoys meeting new people and learning from their stories. She lives by the motto "Treat others the way you want to be treated".
In her free time, Colby enjoys hanging with her dog, horseback riding, Sunday dinners with her family and traveling. She lives in Hatboro, PA.
Elise is the Community Liaison at Loving Arms Elder Care. Her responsibilities include promoting LAEC and meeting potential applicants and clients. Elise is also responsible for continuing to develop relationships with current and new community members. Lastly, she helps with maintaining all social media platforms and supporting the image of Loving Arms Elder Care.
Elise obtained her BS from Pennsylvania State University in Business, Management and Marketing. Prior to Loving Arms Elder Care, she was The Assistant to the President for a marketing firm.
In her free time, Elise enjoys time with her family, friends, and dogs. She is an Ultimate Frisbee fanatic, playing in PSL. Lastly, she loves beach time in Avalon NJ, driving her Jeep and fishing trips.
Alexis Brubaker - Natiello
Alexis is the Recruiter/HR Coordinator at Loving Arms Elder Care. She is responsible for new applicants, new hires, maintaining current employees and recruiting new caregivers to the company.
Prior to working at Loving Arms, Alexis worked in the retail field as a Store Manager/Regional Trainer at Norman's Hallmark for almost 10 years. Prior to that she worked in the hotel industry and attended college for travel and event planning.
In her free time Alexis enjoys spending time with her daughter, husband and two dogs. She is a Disney fan, Harry Potter fan and loves animals. Her and her husband are big into the holidays, especially Christmas and do a very large Christmas display every year. Alexis lives with her family in Bensalem, PA.
Kristy is the Office Coordinator at Loving Arms Elder Care. Her responsibilities include acting as the manager on-call during business hours, conducting phone interviews for new caregiver applicants, assisting with caregiver orientation, greeting guests to the office, receiving incoming phone calls, and providing administrative assistance to all departments.
Originally from Calgary, Alberta (Canada), Kristy graduated magna cum laude from Rocky Mountain College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, majoring in Counseling Psychology. Following graduation Kristy moved to Seattle, WA and worked as the Registration and Office Manager at Sambica Camp & Conference Center until her first child was born.
After spending several years focusing on raising her young children, Kristy returned to the work force to care for at-risk children in the foster care system at Christ's Home for Children for 3 years.
Kristy resides in Warminster with her husband, 2 children, and dog. She loves playing at the beach with her kids, going on Starbucks dates with friends, listening to music, practicing yoga, and visiting her family & friends in Canada.
